• Submitted online booking form is considered as a final reservation. You will receive confirmation letter about your booking within a few minutes to an email address provided in the booking form..
  • Cancellations completed 48 hours before check in time of arrival day are free of any cancellation fee, in case any other condition is not applied.
  • Last minute cancellations or No-Shows are deemed to a cancellation fee at one day price of the whole stay.
  • Modifications completed 48 hours before check in time of arrival day are free of any cancellation fee.
  • If 3 and more apartments are reserved, cancellations or reservation modifications should be made 30 days prior to  arrival day.
  • To make a reservation with standard conditions, valid credit card details must be provided. Beside that credit card must contain first night amount of booked stay. My Apartments Yerevan has the right to freeze first night amount 48 hours prior to check in as well as charge the credit card in amount of the first night in case of cancellation later than 48 hours prior to check in. If invalid credit card provided, My Apartments Yerevan has the right to claim new valid credit card details and cancel the reservation in case if new credit card details are not provided within 24 hours.
  • To make a non-refundable reservation, valid credit card details must be provided. In case of providing invalid credit card details, My Apartments Yerevan has the right to claim new credit card details from the guest within 24 hours after reservation. In case of absence of new credit card details after 24 hours, My Apartments Yerevan has the right to cancel the reservation.
  • Children under 3 years old stay free of charge in the same room with parents.
  • The check in time is at 14:00 and check out is at 12:00 noon.
  • To check in the guests will be required to present a valid identification document, such as passport, Identity Card or driving license.
  • Late check out or early check in is possible in case of availability and upon preliminarily agreement. Additional payment for late check out/early check in might be required.
  • The payments should be made upon arrival in cash (AMD) or by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Arca, American Express). It is also possible to make the payment via bank transfer.
    In certain cases a deposit payment might be required. All the further details will be provided for each reservation in written via email correspondence.

Force Majeure

The parties are relieved from responsibilities, if the obligations have not been fulfilled due to unexpected circumstances (earthquake, flood, war, interruption of works of communicative means, situations that are common for the certain district, etc.).
